Move Our Bodies
To enhance the overall health and well-being of our residents here at Seasons, we offer a robust calendar of engaging and meaningful activities, outings, and special events for all care levels, interests, and needs. Moving our bodies and encouraging an active lifestyle is an important way to boost our mental health and improve our physical health.
You’ll find the Seasons staff exercising, dancing, and taking residents on outings – they move right along with the residents and ensure their safety and comfort.

Our caring Seasons team intentionally designs life-enriching activities to inspire and instill feelings of belonging and purpose. Each of our residents has a unique story to tell, and it’s an honor for Seasons to be part of their life journey, providing support, comfort, and encouragement as new chapters are added.
We inspire and create joyful moments through individual birthday parties and special community events involving families and team members. Seasons celebrates the small things like the birds chirping in the aviary, the ducks and swans swimming in the pond, and the residents cooling off with a scoop of ice cream on a hot day.
